Poly-aluminium Chloride (PAC): Poly-aluminium Chloride, short for PAC, is a new type high performance inorganic macromolecule flocculating agent. Uses
1. Anhydrous aluminium trichloride
A. AlCl3 is probably the most commonly used Lewis acid and also one of the most powerful. It finds widespread application in the chemical industry as a catalyst for Friedel Crafts reactions, both acylations and alkylations. Important products are detergents and ethylbenzene. It also finds use in polymerization and isomerization reactions of hydrocarbons.
B. Aluminium chloride finds a wide variety of other applications in organic chemistry.
C. AlCl3 is also widely used for polymerization and isomerization reactions of hydrocarbons.
D. Aluminium chloride combined with aluminium in the presence of an arene can be used to synthesize bis(arene) metal complexes, e. G. Bis(benzene)chromium, from certain metal halides via the so-called Fischer-Hafner synthesis.
2. Hydrated aluminium chlorides
The hexahydrate has few applications, but aluminium chlorohydrate is a common component in antiperspirants at low concentrations. [4] Hyperhidrosis sufferers need a much higher concentration (12% or higher), sold under such brand names as Drysol, sunsola, Maxim, Odaban, CertainDri, B+Drier, Anhydrol Forte and Driclor.
3. PAC is a kind of inorganic macromolecule flocculant. Through the hydroxyl ion bridging function and the polyvalent anion polymeric function, it produces large molecular and high electricity inorganic macromolecule. It adapts a wide pH range of 5.0~9.0, and the best is between 6.5~7.6.

Storage and Transportation
In storage and transportation, pay attention to heatproof and moisture proof. The powdery. Product will be damped to be caked and will be poor in solubility if exposure to air for long time. The stacking layers shouldn't be more than 20 layers. Shelf life is two years.
